Why do Indian serials suck?

Why do Indian television serials suck?

Indian television dramas are undoubtedly prevalent among Indian household. A large piece of population watches this shit [oops, sorry] daily. Well, Indian dramas are loved too which is quite unbelievable. No offence but I find them extremely toxic.
It took me more than three days to publish this because I tried writing it in a non-offensive way. Here I go:

1.Cliché storyline

Almost all Indian dramas has the same typical story line. Either it is always a wealthy-arrogant guy falling for a poor-helpless girl who miraculously changes him from a rich bastard into a sweet-loving guy or a girl being married into a wealthy family with somebody famous.
Episode 1: daughter-in-law cooks food for everybody.
Episode2: with complete conscious-unawareness she burns the food.
Episode 3: daughter-in-law is being yelled at and humiliated in front of everybody.
Episode 4: daughter-in law cries
Episode 5: daughter-in-law cries
Episode6: daughter-in-law cries
Episode 59: daughter-in-law cries
Episode 7894356468: daughter-in-law cries
Indian dramas run along a downhill slope. At beginning, the focus in on the story but gradually with time, it is on everything but on the story. Thus, with time the degraded dramas begin degrading.

2. Literally anything can happen anytime.

Indian television serials eat bullshit for a living and so they do. They will literally do anything to keep their show running rather than giving it a peaceful ending.
Your serial getting a little off beat in terms of TRPs, suddenly the leads part their ways for some lame reasons just to be reunited after performing exaggerated emotionalism.
The same character dies for god-know-how-many times and come back alive every single time. The same tracks are going on and on from years and trust me, they will keep on running until and unless the audience stops.
Makers: *kills a character for 67483737th time*
Audience: *sobbing and crying*
To be honest, the sudden character assassination hurts the most.
Stop doing that!

3.Emotionalism

They may not know the plot of their story but for sure they know how to play with our feelings and how to smash our emotions. Viewers give a lot of fucks about the ships, characters and story but in the end it’s only the disappointment that is being served.
We viewers are no one just victims of gaslighting.

4. Their definition of a ‘daughter’, ‘daughter-in-law’ and a ‘sister’ suck!

The nation that already treats females as slaved and raped goddesses does not need Indian drama’s dishonoured definition. Their definition of ‘how a girl should be’ has various components and sub-components. It states them as
The female lead is always a ‘good girl’. I am not saying one should not be but who gets the right to set a definition for that. The female leads are always the ‘good girls’ who are voice-less, serves their husband and families with no choice of their own and are self-sacrificing,
wears suit [which is obviously her choice and her comfort zone but what sucks is the way wearing clothes that covers every inch of way is depicted as a trait of being the good one #goodgir]
As per my brain cell’s thinking, showing the ‘so-called good girl’ as the obedient and tolerant is anti-feminist [anti-humane]
The scenes featuring female leads starts as
*she, cooking in the kitchen*
*she, cleaning or doing household works*
*she, doing everything but things of her own NEVER! *
A female is not only supposed to be doing households.
And why the female lead never replies to the accusations, like any random person yells at her, humiliates her but she won’t utter a single word like a fool. Why the good innocent girl has to be stupid.
Grow up!
Stop framing females as a weak character who needs to support everyone but herself.

5.The characterless characters

The characters are so character-less in a sense that the characters react as per the demand of story. They are featured as being spineless. Two people can be in love with each other to death and then it takes a lame excuse or a misunderstanding to render their break-up. There are like n number of plot holes and the characters just responds the way story demands.

There are a lot more maddening things that makes the Indian television serials worth not-watching. I am sure I have missed some of them.
What are the things that you find awfully annoying? Let me know in the comment section.
