How to motivate yourself when you don't feel like it?
Sunny days comes hand in hand with cloudy days, that’s life. Converting the gloomy clouded days into the sunny ones, that’s the way to live life.
Even the optimist of optimists feels de-motivated at a certain point of their life. There are days when I dig past all my work and get it done and then, there are those days too when I can’t spot a will. Honestly, only the latter days matter.
The knotty problem is how to feel motivated on such dreadful days.
1. Listen to motivational song or podcast
A good song or podcast is enough to boost your motivational spirit real quick. Explore the inner world of music and podcast and dive right in.

2. Relax
Sounds unwise or weird?
Not to me.
The ultimate cause of feeling de-motivated is the reckless popping up of thoughts after thoughts. Think of the sole reason leading you to feel de-motivated and work on it.
At such distress times, try to do what you love to do. For example: you can listen to your favourite song, cook/eat your favourite meal, etc.
You need to rest and breathe for a moment to run fast again.
Take a break.
Listen to your silence.

3. Read books, magazines, blogs etc.
Reading books, magazines, blogs etc. aids in evading in-depth thoughts. Especially, reading good books helps in building greater mindsets.
Look for a book concerning with your problem, for example, read a book based on productivity if you are exceedingly non-productive.

4. Seek inspiration
Watch motivational stuff, look for motivational quotations, pin your interest [on Pinterest], look for anything and everything that inspires you. It can be a celebrity, a song, a book, a line, a word…
It can be anything!
5. Think about the type of person you need to be
As they say, there is always scope for improvement and so is for being upgrading your skills. You can be the best, but you can always be better. To attain the ‘best and the better version of yourself’, you need to wake up and work.
Think about your goals, ambitions, and dreams and think of the type of person you need to be to attain them.
